These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website, operated by Raj Electricals of Andheri East, Mumbai. By continuing to browse the site, or by submitting an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The purchase of machines is governed separately by written quotations, as explained below.
The site is informational
This website describes plastic shredder, grinder and granulator machines manufactured by Raj Electricals, Mumbai, and the applications they serve. The content is provided for general information — to help you shortlist machines and frame an enquiry. It is not a sales contract, a binding offer, or engineering advice for any specific installation.
Specifications may change
We improve our machines continuously. Capacities, motor ratings, dimensions, weights and other figures published on this site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Throughput in particular depends heavily on your material, its form, contamination and feeding practice — the same machine gives different output on bottles, film and lumps. The only specifications that bind us are those confirmed in our written quotation for your specific order.
Pricing
Any prices or price ranges mentioned on this site — including on the price guide page — are indicative figures meant to help you budget. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. Final prices depend on configuration, accessories, taxes, freight and installation, and are stated only in written quotations, each valid for the period mentioned on it.
Quotations govern transactions
Every sale is made against a written quotation and the commercial terms stated in it — payment schedule, delivery period, warranty, installation scope, and so on. Those terms are agreed separately for each order and are not set by this website. If anything on this website conflicts with a quotation, the quotation prevails.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, drawings, videos and the “RE” series model names — belongs to Raj Electricals unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to print or share pages while evaluating our machines. You may not republish the content commercially, or use our product names, model designations or images to market competing or imitation machinery, without our written permission.
Links to other services
The site links to external services, principally WhatsApp (for chat enquiries) and Google Maps (for directions to our works). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Limitation of liability
We maintain this website with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Raj Electricals is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content alone — including machine selection or budgeting decisions taken without obtaining a written quotation and recommendation from us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Machinery safety
Shredders, grinders and granulators are industrial machines with rotating cutting tools. They must be installed, operated and maintained strictly as per the operation manual supplied with the machine, by trained adult operators, with all guards and safety interlocks in place. Information on this website is no substitute for the manual, or for the operator guidance we give at installation and commissioning.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the website and our product range evolve. The version published on this page, with its last-updated date, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms, and your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.
