RE30CB Grinder with Blower — 30″×30″ Granulator, 30 + 7.5 HP
An industrial 30 HP grinder with 7.5 HP cyclone blower that turns light, bulky material into screened, bagged output at 550 kg/hr — tonnes per shift with the dust contained and the floor clean.
Industrial Volume for Light Material
Light material at industrial volume is a logistics problem before it is a grinding problem: at hundreds of kilos an hour, output that merely drops under the machine buries it. The RE30CB pairs the big-platform RE30 — 30″ × 30″ throat, 6+4 hardened blade set, Star Delta-started 30 HP motor — with a 7.5 HP cyclone blower that pulls everything the blades cut, fines included, through closed ducting into collection bags.
At 550 kg/hr rated on light material, it processes multiple tonnes per shift of film, bottles, bulky light scrap and similar feeds — the scale where the blower stops being a convenience and becomes the thing that keeps the line moving. Operators handle sealed sacks instead of shovelling.
The build is our standard painted-MS industrial construction at 3,250 kg. It is the second-largest machine in the blower line — below it the RE25CB, above it only the 700 kg/hr RE40CB.

Throughput is rated for light-weight material on a 15 mm screen; denser scrap grinds at the base-machine rates and output varies with feeding speed and bulk density. Keep metal objects out of the cutting area — they will break the blades. All specifications are subject to change for constant product development.

What It Grinds — Plastics Applications
The RE30CB’s plastics duties, each covered in full on its solution page.
Also configured for: bay leaf (tej patta) and botanicals
The same RE30CB configuration is proven at spice-trade scale on dried bay leaf: pressed bales of whole tej patta feed by the armful through the 30″ throat, the 6+4 blade set cuts leaf against the screen into the flake and coarse-powder grades that masala blenders and extractors buy, and the blower pulls the fragrant, dusty output straight into bags — the room stays breathable.
At 550 kg/hr on light leaf it clears multiple tonnes per shift. Honest note: the standard build is painted mild steel — an industrial machine that many spice processors run exactly as-is. If your buyers or certifications require food-contact surfaces, raise it at enquiry and we will advise on options rather than overselling the standard build. Similar dried leaves and herbs run on the same setup; dried material grinds dramatically better than damp.

RE30CB Grinder with Blower — Frequently Asked Questions
Why does a 30 HP machine need a blower?
Because at 550 kg/hr, discharge is the bottleneck if it is manual. Light output does not fall through the screen fast enough on its own, and what does come out needs constant clearing. The cyclone blower evacuates the chamber continuously and delivers everything into bags — one operator runs the machine.
What output sizes can it produce?
The screen decides: 12–15 mm as standard, coarser or finer on request. Material recirculates until it passes the mesh, so output is consistently below screen size.
How is dust handled?
Everything the blades cut, including fines, travels through closed ducting into the collection bags. Operators handle sealed sacks instead of shovelling dust — the difference is obvious within an hour of running.
Can it grind botanicals like bay leaf?
Yes — the same configuration is proven on tej patta and similar dried leaves and herbs at spice-trade volumes, with throughput varying by density and moisture. The standard build is painted MS; discuss food-contact requirements with us at enquiry and bring samples for a trial.
What is the price of the RE30CB?
Upper band of the blower range — see the plastic shredder machine price guide for context — quoted against screen and discharge configuration. Send your volumes for a firm quotation within one working day.
Can I trial a bale of my material?
Yes — bring your actual material to our works in Andheri East, Mumbai, and watch it processed on this machine before you decide. A trial settles throughput and output-size questions better than any brochure.
