DS7510 Combo Shredder — Shred + Grind in One Frame
Two machines in one frame: a 500 mm dual-shaft shredder feeding a 12″ granulator directly below — bulky scrap in, screened regrind out, one operator, one footprint.
The Two-Stage Line, Collapsed Into One Machine
Serious size reduction is a two-stage story everywhere on this site: shred the bulky item, then grind the pieces to screened regrind. Usually that is two machines, two footprints, and someone moving material between them. The DS7510 combo removes the middle: its dual-shaft chamber tears bulky scrap at 200–250 kg/hr and drops the shred straight into the 12″ granulator below, which delivers 60–80 kg/hr of screen-sized regrind.
One operator feeds the top; regrind comes out the bottom. For workshops and mid-size recyclers whose end product is regrind but whose input is bulky — crates, rigid mouldings, containers — it is the smallest complete line we build.
The honest arithmetic: the grinder stage sets the finished-regrind pace. If you need shred volume without regrind, a standalone dual-shaft machine is cheaper; if your input already fits a grinder throat, skip the shredder stage entirely. The combo earns its place exactly when you need both.

Finished-regrind throughput is set by the grinder stage (60–80 kg/hr); the shredder stage clears bulky input faster than the grinder consumes it. Specifications are subject to change for constant product development.
Key Features
What It Shreds — Plastics Applications
Crates & Rigid Containers
Broken crates and containers that defeat a grinder throat — shredded, then reground in the same pass.
Learn more →Moulding Scrap & Rejects
Rigid moulded rejects from workshop lines turned back into in-house regrind.
Learn more →Blow Moulding Scrap
Hollow containers and blow-moulded rejects — bulky, light and perfect for the two-stage pass.
Learn more →Also Configured For
Destruction-only batches. Because the drives are independent, the shredder chamber runs alone for pure destruction jobs — bundled profiles, reject lots and mixed rigid scrap torn at 200–250 kg/hr with the grinder off. The reverse works too: pre-sized scrap can feed the grinder stage past the top chamber.
One Frame, Two Proven Platforms
The top chamber is our dual-shaft cross-cut platform; the bottom is the RE-series granulator geometry from our grinder line. Both stages carry their platform’s blade, gearing and protection specifications.

DS7510 Combo Shredder — Frequently Asked Questions
What goes in the top?
Rigid scrap that fits 500 mm and defeats a grinder throat: crates, rigid mouldings, containers, bundled profiles. The shredder stage tears them; the grinder stage below only ever sees hand-sized pieces.
Why is output 60–80 kg/hr when the shredder does 250?
Because regrind is the product and the grinder sets that pace — stated plainly. The shredder stage works in bursts and waits; the grinder never starves. If you need more regrind per hour, the two-machine line with a larger RE model is the honest recommendation.
Can each stage run alone?
The drives are independent — the shredder can run for pure destruction jobs with the grinder off. The reverse (grinder-only) works for pre-sized scrap fed past the top chamber.
What regrind size does it produce?
Screen-sized regrind from the 12″ granulator stage — the screen fitted decides the granule size, matched at order to your moulding machine or buyer’s specification. The 5-blade set (3 rotating, 2 fixed) ships with 5 spare blades.
What is the price of the DS7510 combo?
Every machine is quoted to the job. What moves the number is capacity, throat size, motor rating, MS or SS construction and the automation you add — a blower, a conveyor, a control panel. Our guide to what drives machine cost walks through each of those; send us your material and daily volume and we will size the machine and quote it, usually the same day.
Can we trial our scrap?
Yes — bring your actual material to our works in Andheri East, Mumbai, and watch it processed before you decide. A trial settles capacity and output questions better than any brochure.
